Bookings must be secured with a deposit via Paypal with a valid credit/debit card OR direct into our account (details upon request). Any damages, theft, specialised cleaning claim or lost keys during the guests stay and management reserve the right to charge the guests credit/debit card for up to 30 days after the guests stay. Charges will reflect the market value of replacement.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before booking will be given a full refund. Cancellations 4-8 weeks before booking will be given a 50% refund. Clients requesting a cancellation less in than 4 weeks of arrival will not be offered a refund. All of the above does not apply if you have booked our apartment through an agency as the deposit is taken by the agency as their fee for the booking.

Management offer a meet and greet policy, all guests will be met at the apartment by a member of our team, where guests will be shown layout/equipment usage, parking etc. Guests will also be met at check out.
